Purchaser, by acceptance and executivn of this Receipt, acknowledges t
that this purchase~of a candominiun unit at OCEAN VILIAGE OF }~]iINSON ISLAND ~
is subject in every respect to~the Declaration of Condominiun as to the condominiua
in which his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not
limited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration of referred to
therein), the By-laws of the Association Articles of Incorporation, the laules and
Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor
plan of apartment purchased by pur~haser, and aIl Amendments to the aforesaid De-
claration and bchibits and the Articles of IncoYporation, By-Laws and Declaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of the~Property Owner's Association; and Punhaser
further acknowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Decl~ration, its
~cchibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and acknowledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the sucessful operation and manage-
mient of ihe ~ond~ini~ ~~~~y; ~ic~ is in thc, ~t interests and fc~r th~ ~n~fit ~f
all the oi,mers therein. Purchaser and a~.l owners of parcels in the aforedescribed
Condominitan covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar-
ation of Conda~ainium and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and
confirnis and approves all of the teYms and provisions of said Declaration of Condo-
minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the
Property Owners'~ Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof
. aTe resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclmowledges and confirnis
~ that the Declarat~on of Covenants and Restrittions of the Property Owners' Association
has enci.enbered and irt~ressed a lien upon the Condominiun parcel_ being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Dec2aration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said Purchaser ass~r~es the
_ obligations as to the Froperty Owners' Association as to his condominitan parcel.
R.irchaser confirn~s that all warranties, representations and induce~nents, if any, are
as contai.ned in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominii.an and Fxhibits attached ther~-
to, and the comnon expenses and the sums due under the Property Owner's.Association
and other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty.is made or intended
. nor may one be relied except where the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed
~ ~ in said Declaration of Condaninii,an and the Exhibits attached thereto.
