ORDER OF CONTEMPT ANII MODIFICATION
~ This cause havinq come to be heard upon the Stipulation of
the parties herein, and the Court being fully advised in the premises,
it is thereupon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
l. That the former Husband~ Arthur Davis, be and he is
hereby found to be in willful° conten:pt of this Court's Final ~
Judgment entered herein on June 24, I975, together with the
subsequent Orders entered thereafte~, for failing.to pay the
. ~
_ child support required under said Final Judgment and subsequent
Orders and by virtue of said contempt, the Husband ahall be confined
in the County Jail of St. Lucie County, Florida, for a period of up
to si.xty daysj provided, however, that such confinement shall be .
stayed and the Husband may purge himself of such contempt by forth-
~ with paying to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
Florida, the following:
~
A. A lump sum payment of $ 25.00
B. The previously ordered child support payments in
;
~ the amount of $75.00 every two weeks, first payable on the next
Friday following this Order and on every other Friday thereafter
as required in the original Final Judgment entered herein.
C. In addition to the regular child support payments,
an additional sum of $25.00 payable together with the regular
child support payments every two weeks to payoff the arrearage
due and owing by the-Husband for child support in the amount of
$~1,863.00 , less the •lwap sum payment set forth above which
is to be applied to that arrearage. .
The aforesaid support payments shall, including arrearage,
be paid to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, .
Florida, in cash, certified check, cashier's check or-money order .
_ together with a Clerk's fee of $2.00.
