' each and every child support payment, together with arrearage,
then he shall be deemed not to have F~urged himself from this
Order of Contempt and upon the filing~of an Affidavit by the former
Wife to the effect that thia Order has not been complied with,
then each and every singular Sheriff of the State of Florida, upon
receipt~of a copy of such Affidavit toqether with a certified
copy of this Order, shall without further Order ox this Court be
empowered to take the formerHusband, Arthur Davis, into custody,
. deliver him to the St: Lucie County Jail, and there confine him
for a period up to sixty days or until released under Order of this
Court. Failure by the former Wife to undertake the necessary steps
to effect such confinement due to the former Ausband•s default, shall
not be deemed to mean that she has waived her right in the future
to effect such confinement.
_ 2. The Former Husband shall pay to McDONALD, K~NNEY &
RUSSAKIS, Professional Association, attorneys for the Wife herein,
the swn of $100.00 as a fee for representinq her herein, toqether ~ ~
with reimbursement of Court costs advanced in the amount of $111.50 '
for a total sum due and payable of $211.50, for all of which let
execution issue, provided, however, that such execution shall be stayed
in the event the former Husband pays_to said attorneys the sum of
' $ 5.00 on Friday of each week~at their offices of Suite 200,

( Citizens Federal Buildinq, 1600 South Federal~Highway, Fort Pierce,
~ Florida, until the aforesaid sum is satisfied in full, but provided

further that in the event such weekly installments are not paid when
due, upon Affidavit filed by said attorneys with the Clerk of this
Court verifying the amount of such fees remaining unpaid, the Clerk
of this Court shall forthwith issue a Writ of Execution•for the
remaining balance against the former Husband, Arthur Davis. .
3. The Counter Petition for Modification filed by the
former Husband herein is her~by denied.
4. The Final~Judgment entered herein on June 24, 1975,
is hereby modified as follows:
Paragraph three of said Final Judgment is hereby amended to
read as follows: .
3. CHILD SUPPORT. The Husband shall pay as child
support for the benefit of the above-named
, . children the sum of $75.00 every two weeks.
