payable on Friday of every o~her week; shall
maintain medical and dental inaurance for the
benefit of the eaid childrent shall_provi~e .
the Wife ~ith necessary proof of such insurance
coverage and all documents and forms neceasary
to make clafma thereunder and shall aid the
Wife in processinq.such claimss.and in addition,
he shall be responsible for one-half of the
medical~and dental bills incurred by the minor
children of the parties which are not covered
by medical or dental insurance. Such medical
~ ~ and dental paytaents shal? be paid directly to
the Wife within one week of h3s _receipt of
bills for such medical and dental services for ~
the said 'children. The suia payable as child
support shall be paid by cash, certified eheck,
cashier's check or money order to the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida,
toqether with a clerk's fee af $2.00. The Wife
~ shal~ keep the Glerk informed aa.to her residence.
5. This Order is entered without prejudice to either party
subsequently petitioning the Court for modification of the Final
Judgment entered herein upon proper cause.
