ORDER OF CONTEMPT
THIS CAUSE, was heard December 1, 1978, upon.the wife's
Motion for Contempt for failure to pay child cupport, and the ~
husband being present in open Court in person,.and the Petitioner
also being present in open Court in person, and represented by
counsel, and upon the taking of testimony in open Court, and upon
the Court having heard the stipulation of the parties relative
to the child support for DONNA WATERS, and the Court being fully
advised in the premises, it is, therefore,
j ADJUDGED that the Respondent, T'HUltMAN D. WATERS, is guilty-

~ of contempt of this Court for failure to pay Petitioner the
~ amount of Six Hundred Dollars .($600.00) since August 21, 1978,
I
~ and he is adjudged in contempt of this Court.
That as punishment for his contempt, the Respondent, THURMAN
D. WATERS, shall be coafined, in the Coimty jail of this County
for a period of thirty (30) daqs.
Pursuant to the stipulation of the parties, THURMAN D. WATERS,
is excused from paying to BONNIE JEAN WATERS, any sums for the
~ support of DONNA WATERS, age 17, which sums come due from this
~ date forward.
~ The respondent, THUR*~1AN D. WATERS. may purge himself of his
