FINAL JUDGMENT IN FORECLOSURE
This cause coming an for final hearing on the Motion~for
Summary Judgment and Foreclosure of Plaintiff, upon Plaintiff's
Complaint to foreclose its mortgage, and the evidence offered ~
in support of such Complaint and Motion for Swmnary Judc~aent,
and the Court being duly advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. ~Due and legal service of process has been had upon aIl
of the Defendants and aIl of the Defaults previously entered -
in this cause are ratified and confirmed.
2. This Court has jurisdicition of the parties in this
cause and its subject matter and the allegations contained in
the Complaint have been proved by competent evidence.
3. The mortgage sued upon by Plaintiff constitutes a
valid first lien upon the property hereinafter described and
the mortqage is in default as alleged in the Complaint. ~
4. A reasonable fee for services rendered by the
attorney for Plaintiff is in the amount of $2,000.00 -
5. There is due to Plaintiff upon the mortgaqe not~ and
mortgage sued upun the following swns:
