The above itemized sums are now due and owinq to Plaintiff~and
in addition such further swas as may be paid by Plaintiff
for Court costs, plus interest at 6$ per annum from the date
of this judgment until paid, and any further~sums in connection
with this suit.
6. Plaintiff has a lien to secure payment of the above
itemized sums against the following described property in
St. Lucie County, Florida:
The East 250.feet of the North 75 feet of the ~
South 175 feet of Lot 174 of MARAVILLA GARDENS
UNIT #3 according to the plat thereof on ~ile ~
in Plat Book 6 at page 62 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida. .
Lien of Plaintiff is prior, paramount and superior to
all rights, claims, liens, interest, encumbrances and equities
of the Defendants and all persons, firms or corporations claiming
by, througt~ or under the Defendants or any of them and the
property will be sold free and clear of any claims of the -
Defendants.
7. The Clerk of this Court, after publication of notice
required by Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes,is direated
to sell the mortgage property described above in
paragraph 6 to the highest and best bidder for cash, at public
~ sale, at the east door.of the St. Lucie County Courthouse, Fort
Pierce, Florida, free, clear and discharged of any and all claims,
liens, encumbrances, rights, equities and interests of the
Defendants and all persons, firms or corporations claiming by,
through or under Defendants, said sale to be held at 1i:00 a.m.
