Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a final judgment

Circuit Court of the 19th Judicial Circuit in and for St. Lucie
County, Florida in which Traub Enterprises, Inc. is the Plaintiff
and Richard A. Flaniqan, et al, are the Defendants, I will sell
. to the highest and best bidder for cash fn the lobby of the
east front door of the St. Lucie County Courthouse in Fort ~
Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida at~11:00 a.m. on December 22,
1978, the following described real property set forth in the
order of final judgment: ~
