The mortgagor covenants and agzees to comply with all the terms
and conditions of that certa.in first mortgage on the above~des-
cribed property executed by Benchmark Construction Company,
Inc., in favor of First Federal Savings and Loan Association
of Fort Pierce dated May 28, 1975, and recorded in OR.Book
239, page 2938 of the public records of St. Lucie County~
Florida~ in the original principal sum of $24,000.00 and
mortgagor covenants and.agrees that he will not permit or
suffer any default in respect to any of said covenants and 1
