to dismiss the petition for modification and upon Petitioner's
motion to file an amended petition, including a count for
arrearages. The Court having considered the motions, argument
of counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, -
tt is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. Petitiotier's motion to file an amended petition.is
granted.
2. Respondent's motion to dismiss is denied.
3. _The following words have been added instanta
to Paragraph 7 of the amended petition: "as well as Husband's ~
increased salary." ~
4. Respondent sha11 serve a responsive pleading to
the amended petition within 20 days of the date reof.
