FINAL JUDGMENT O1~ DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came to be heard.before this Court upon
the Husband's Petitiori for•Dissolution of Marriage and the
Court having heard the testimony, finds as follows:
~ . 1.. That the Husband, DANNY DEXTER DE WITT, has
- been a resident of the State of Florida for more than six
months prior to the filing of the Petition.
_ 2. That jurisdiction has been properly obtained
over the Wife through personal service of process.
i ~ 3. That the marriage is irretrievably broken.

~ WHEREFORE, it is ORDERED and ADJi~DGED that:
~ 1. The marriage between DANNY DEXTER DE ;~TITT

and TERRY LYNN~DE WITT be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing~between them and
from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. That this Court retair~s jurisdiction over this
cause for the purposes of determining any further matters
which may be proper.
