FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THLS CAUSE came to be heard before this Court upon
the Wife's Petition for Dissolution of Marriage, and the ~
Court having heard the testimony, €inds as follows:
1. That the Petitioner, JOYCE MARIE MICHAUD, has .
been a resident of the State of Florida for more than six
mdnths prior to the filing of the Petition.
2. That jurisdiction has been properly obtained
over the Respondent through personal service of process.
, 3. That the marriage is irretrievably broken.

C 4. That the Petitioner is the best person to have
~ the custody and control of the minor children, BILLIE JO
;
MICHAUD and BOBBIE JO MICHAUD, born as issue of this marriage.
«iEREFORE, it is ORDERED and ADJIIDGED as follows:
l. The inarriage between JOYCE MARIE 2~lICHAUD and
LAURIENT BENOIT MICHAUD be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties~and each of them are hereby freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and
from the obligations arising therefrom.
~ 2. That the Petitioner is granted fu11 custody and

~ control over the minor children born as issue of this marriage,
~ BILLIE JO MICHAUD and BOBBIE JO MICHAUD.
