ASHLEY, his wife, Plaintiffs and HUTCHINSON ISLAND CLUB, INC.,
. Defendant, by and through their respective undersigned attorneys,
and Stipulate as follows: •
1. The Plaintiffs' Motion to Strike Affirmative
I Defenses shall be taken as granted and the Defendant shall have
fifteen (15) days within which to file Amended Affi~mative
Defenses, if it wishes to do so.

i 2. The Plaintiffs' Motion to Compel Answers to the
~j Request for Production shall be taken as granted and the Defendant
~
~ shall have fifteen (15) days within which to produce items
numbered on the Request to Produce as follows:
1, 2, 4, 5, 6, and 9;
~ or state affirmatively that diligent inquiry has been made and
that no-such docwnents exist. Should the Defendant fail to -
comply, the Plaintiffs may seek sanctions as allowed by Rule
~ 1.380, Rules of Civil Procedure.
An order may be er~tered incorporating the terms of this
Stipulation.
