This cause coming to be heard upon the motion af the Plaintiff~
for an order authorizing and directinq the Clerk of this Court~to
pay to the Plaintiff from the proceeds of the sale held in thi~ ma~z~~
the sum of $14,585.56, the Court being fully advised in the premises, ~
it is thereupon
ORDE~tED AND ADJUDGED as follows: -
1. That ~n the date that the Clerk of this Court issues the
Certi.ficate of Title to the successful bidder at the foreclosure sale
held herein, the Clerk shall pay from the Registry of the Court to
the Plaintiff the sum of $14,585.56 as the total sum due to the
Plaintiff pursuant to the Final~Judgment entered herein on October
30, 1978. ~
