O R D E R ~
THIS CAUSE.came on to be heard.on the lst day of December,
2978, upon the Petition of the Wife, BESSIE LOU FERRELL, for tem-
porary relief, and the Husband, ROY FERRELL, having been served
with process and the Court having heard the testimony of witnesses,
and being otherwise advised in the premises, it is thereupon
t
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
.
1. That the exclusive use,~custody and posses~ion of the ~
. ~
marital dwelling situate at 1211 South 25th Street, Fort Pierce,
Florida, and the furnishings, appliances and utensils located therein,
be, and are hereby awarded to the Wife, BESSIE LOU FERRELL.
2. That the Wife, BESSIE LOQ FERRELL, is a fit and proper ;
i
person to have temporary custody, care and control of the~minor
children of the parties to-wit: ROY FERRELL, JR., age eleven (11)
years; and WILLIAM FERRELL, age eight (8) years, and temporary
custody of said children be and is hereby ordered awarded to the Wife.
3. That the Husband, ROY F~RRELL, be, and is hereby orclered
to pay to the Wife, BESSZE LOU FERRELL, the sum of Fifty ($50.00)
Dollars per week, per child, as child support for the said mtinor
children and the sum of Fifty ($50.00) Dollars per week as temporary
alimony to the Wife, and the Husband, be, and is hereby further
