HomeMy WebLinkAbout0592 t . ~ i abusing or molesting one another,~and the Husband, ROY FERRELL, is further enjoined and restrained from assaulting, abusing or molesting or interferring with the Wife, and the Huaband, ROY FSRRELL, be, and is hereby ordered to remove himself from the marital~dwelling and the Husband, is further ordered and enjoined and restrained from returning to the marital residence except to exercise his visitation riqhts as set forth hereinabove, and the Sheriff of Saint Lucie County, Florida, is ordered to enforce this . restraininq order without further order of this Court. 7. The Husband, ROY FERRELL,-be, and is hereby ordered to do all acts necessary, includinq, but not limited to the obtaining of a current Florida license tag for the 1971, Lincoln automobile, and ROY FERRELL, be, and is hereby further ordered to obtain a policy of automobile insurance containing, Liability, Personal ~ Injury Protection Benefits and Uninsured Motorist coveraqes, within twenty (20) days from the date of the rendition of this Order. 8. The Wife is awarded temporary Court costs in the amount of Forty-Two ($42.00) Dollars, comprising the filing fee, Sheriff's service of the Petition and Summons, and Sheriff's service of the 'k Notice Of Temporary Hearinq, and the Husband, ROY FERRELL, be, and i ~ is hereby ordered to pay said sum of Forty-Two ($42.00) Dollars to_ the Wife's attorney, BRAD CULVERHOt1SE, Esquire,.within sixty (60) , ~ days of the date of this Order by mail or in person in the manner - set forth in paragraph five (5) hereinabove. 9.
