CASE NO. 77-432-FR IN RE: The Marriaqe of ~ RAYMOND HOWARD FOEHR, Husband, and . . - ~ MARGARET LOUISE FOEHR, Wife. - ORDER THIS CAUSE was heard on the 28th day of November, 1978, upon the Husband's Petition to enter the Home and the Wife's- _ Motion for Contempt and Request~for Attorney's Fees, and both ~ of the parties being present in open Court and represented by counsel, and the Court having heard all of the testimony of the parties and their witnesses, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon - ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~ 1. That the Husband's Petition to Enter the Home be and the same is hereby granted, provided that a mutually-agreeable date and time can be set by both parties and their counsel. The ~ Husband is to be accompanied by his attorney and-shall be allowed ~ . ~ ~ a period of time not to exceed one (1) hour in which to determine f ' ~ whether or not any of his personal belongings remain in the home. ~ The Husband is directed to remove from the home during this period'.of time the_mattress and box springs belonging to him ~ and to relinquish to the Wife the garage door opener which operates the garage door of the home, if same is in his possession. 2. That the Husband is adjudged guilty of wilful contempt of this Court for his wilful failure to abide by the restraining order previously entered by this Court and as punishment for said ' ~ contempt is sentenced to serve thirty (30) days in the St. Lucie ~ County Jail, said incarceration to commence on January 1, 197~. ~ The Husband may, at his option, serve said term on the weekends ~ or at nigh~, and shall be credited for each actual hour he spends ~ in custody against a total of 720 hours. t+ ~~~~29~9 ~ 59C# ~ _ _ _ _ _ w _ ~ ~ ° r:- ~ ~~.~4,.~-,~ . _ - .
