the sums hereinafter Yeferred to, and he is now adjudged guilty
of wilful contempt of this Court for his failure to pay support
payments as directed by previous orders of this Court. Ttie
Husband is directed to pay the arrearage of D/D.
~ to the Clerk of this Court on or before December 15, 1978. He
is further ordered to pay to the Wife's attorneys for services
rendered to the Wife in this action the sum of $150.00 on or
before December 15, 1978.
In~the event the Husband fails to make the payments as
set forth above, he is hereby sentenced to serve thirty (30)
days in the St. Lucie County Jail as punishment for said contempt,
said incarceration to-commence on December 15,_19T8. _
It is therefore
ORDERED that ALL AND SINGULAR THE SHERIFFS OF THE STATE
OF FLORIDA take into custody the said RAYMOND HOWARD FOEHR
in accordance with the provisions of this Order and deliver
him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida for the execution of

the above-described judgment and sentences. The CLERK OF THE

j CIRCUIT COURT and THIS COURT shall be promptly notified of his
