- FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for hearing on the.28th day of November,
1978, and upon the stipulation of the parties in open Court,
and upon the Court having given full consideration to aIl of
the evidence, finds and determines: This_Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and the subject matter of this action; that the
relationship of husband and wife now exists between the Petitioner _
and Respondent and their marriage is irretrievably broken. it is
thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the Petitioner,
~ JEANNE MAHOVETZ, and the Respondent, FRANK J. MAHOVETZ, SR., be and

~ the-same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are
~ forever freed~from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CHILD CUST~ODY. The Petitioner Wife, JEANNE MAHOVETZ, shall
have the permanent care, custody and control of the four minor ~
children born as issue of this marriage subject_to reasonable
visitation rights of the Husband.
3. RESTRAINT. Neither of the parties shall molest or annoy
' the other party or compel or endeavor to compel the other to co-
~
habit or dwell with him or her by any legal or other proceeding
for the restoration of conjugal rights or otherwise.
