4. LUI~ SUM ALIMONY. The Petitioner Wife, jE;ANNg MAHOVETZ, #
is awarded the furni~ure, furnishings and_fixtures in the rental
marital dwelling as a Iump sum alimony. As additional lvm~p sum
alimony, the Petitioner Wife, is awarded any~interest which the
Respondent Husband, has or may have in an option to purchase the
rental marital dwelling. The Husband is ordered to Quit Claim to
the Wife anq interest which he has.in said option. '

5. CHILD SUPPORT. The Respondent Husband, FRANK J. MAHOVET2, SR.
is ordered to pay to the wife child support in the amount of Twenty
Dollars ($20.00) per week per child, or a total of Eighty Dollars
($80.00) per week. Each paqment shall be made to the Clerk of this
Court and by him remitted pramptly to JEANNL MAHOVETZ. In addition,
there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.OO.as statutory cost to be
added to each payment.made to the Clerk. AI1 payments shall be

made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties

are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing ~ ~
and residence addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.
6. REHABILITATIVE ALIMONY. The Petitioner Wife, JEANNE MAHOVETZ, ~
is awarded the sum of Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00} from the Husband, '
FRANK J. MAHOVETZ, SR., as rehabilitative alimony, Said alimony - ~
shall be paid to the Wife at the rate of Ten Dollars ($10.00) per

week.for forty (40) weeks and said $I0.00 payment sha11 accompany ~
the $80.00 child support payment made payable to the Clerk of the t
Court. -
7. MAIDEti NAME. The Wife is hereby restored to her maiden
name, JEANNE STARKEY.
8. ATTORNEY`S FEES. The Husband, FRANK J. MAHOVETZ,-SR., shall
pay to RICHARD D. SNEED,~JR., P.A:, attorneys for Wife, a reasonable
attorney's fee in the amount o~ Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00),
plus court cost~ in the amount of $ 3~/. S O Said attorney's
fees and court costs are to be paid at the rate of $25.00 per
week with the first payment being due December 1, 1978, and each
