14. Notke. Except for any notice rrquired under applicable law to be given in another manner, (a) any notice to

the Property Addrcss or at such dhcr address as Borrower may designate by notice to T_ender as provided herein, and
(b) any notice to Lender shall he givcn by certified mail. retum ~eceipt rcquested. to l.ender's address stated herein or to -
such other addre~ as Lender may designate by nc~tice to Borrower as provided hercin. Any notice provided for in this
Mortgage shall be deemed to have been given to Bormwer or Lender when given in the manner designatod herein.
