ORDER SETTING FEES
This cause having come on to be heard before me this dah
upon Motion and Notice of N. RICNARD SCHOPP, ESQUIRE, for the ~
setting of attorney fees in accordance with Chapter 27, Florida
Statutes, and this Court having reviewed aZl pertinent facts,
and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is upon
consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: -
1. Titat a reasonable attorney fee in the above-styled cause

as it relates to the moving party be and is hereby set at
2. That the Board of County Com~?issioners of the County of
Saint Lucie, Florida, be and are hereby Ordered to pay said fee in
accordafice with Chapter 27, Florida Statutes, at his address which is
Suite 204, Citizens Federal Building, 8410 South Federal Hithway,
Port St. Lucie, Florida, 33452.
3. The Defendant having been adjudicated by this Court as
guilty, this Order shall act as a Zien created by Chapter 77.2b4,
Section 27.56, Florida Statutes (October 1, 1977), and as a Judgment
for payment of this debt. .
