DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 6th day o! December, 1978,
and the Court having qiven _full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and deter:nines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties ~
and subject matter of this auits tt~at the relation of husband and .
wife now exists betWeen tne partiess and that the marriage between
the partiea is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage bewteen MARLENE
O'KELLEY and HOMER O'RELLEY be and t2~e same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby lorever freed from
