Before me. the undersigned authority, personally appeared
N. RICHARD SCH4PP, ESQUIRE, who being first duly sworn on oath,
deposes and says.:
1, He is the suthorized agent for the owner of"the following
real property in the City of Fort St. Lucie. County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida, further described as Lot 11~ Block 246, Port St.
Lucie~Section 6, 422.S, E. Lamon Lane, Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452.
2, T}~at the owners,~ROCCO VOLONINO and ROSE VQLONINO, his wife,
contracted with FRANK DeTHOMAS CONSTRUCTION, INC., 37I Midway Road,
Frot Pierce, Florida, for the following described improvement on
said property: Construction of single family dwelling. .
3. That on t~e ist day of Cctober~ 2978, construction
of the above-ment~oned improvement ceased because contractor.
abandoned construction.
4. The owner intends to recommence construction immediately
to complete the iinprovement and intends to deduct the cost of
completion from the original contract price. ~
5. That all lienors have been paid in full except: ~
