THIS CAUSE, having come on to be heard before me on
December 4, 1978, upon Motion of the Defendant to Dismiss the
Complaint filed herein, and this Court having heard the argument
. of counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
it is, upon consideration, `
ORDERED that the Complaint filed by Plaintiffs, JEAN
PERKINS and KATHLEEN McMORRIS, be and the-same is hereby dismissed
~for failure to state a cause of action. The Plaintiff shall have
twenty (20) days from the date of entry of this Order.in which to -
file their Amended Complaint.
