of the Plaintiff, CITY OF FORT PIERCE, and the Court having
considered the same, hearing the arguments of counsel,
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDEP.ED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) The Motion for Leave to file an Amended ~
Complaint is granted; ,
(2) The Motion to Compel is granted in that the
Defendant, MEL ELKINS, shall respond to or object to the
interrogatories propounded and~~served by the Plaintiff on
or about September 27, 1978, within 30-days of the date of
this Order.
