Upon acceleraaon under paragraph 18 heroof or abandonment of the Property, Leader sbaq be entitlod to have a
receiver appointed by a oourt to entor upon. take poasession of and manage the Ptoperty and to collect the rcnts of the
Property, including those put due. All rents collxted by the receiver shall be appliod first to paymcnt of tbe coab of

Mongag~e, may make Future Adva~ca to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with interest theroon. shalt be secured by this
Mortgages when. evidenced by promissory notes stating that said nota are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal
amount of the indebtodnass secured by this Mortgage, not includiog sums advanced in accordance benwvith to protect the • ~
