Such provisions aa are incorporated by referenoe hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenants 18~ 19, 20~ 22~ and 23 of this Mortqage. Borrower and Lender agree that all
referenc~s to the Pcoperty~ Barower~ Lender and Note contained in the a~c~a de~cribed master form of
mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Propecty~ Borrower~ Lender
and the Note defined herein. Boirower aclanowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisiona
hereby incacporated by reference into this Mortgage.
ADDITIONAL NON-UIJIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant aad a~ee

21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option within twenty years
from the date of this Mortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances. with
interest- ther8on, shall be ~ecured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said _
notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mort-
