FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause having come on for.trial on the 2nd day of
November, 1978, and the Court havinq given full consideration to all
the evidence, finds and determines: .
That this Cou~ct has iurisdiction ot the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now
exists between the partie8; the marriage between the parties is irre-
trievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRiAGE: That the marriage between .
JEANNiE CAMPBELL, Wife and W2LLIAM H. CAMPBELL, Husband, be, and
the same is hereby dissolved and the parties and each of them are
forever freecl from.the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and fram the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of TAMMY CAMPBELL, minor child of.the
parties, is hereby awarded to the Nife~ JEANNiE CAMPBELL, with
reasonable visitation rights reserved tb the Husband, ~ttLLiAM 8.
CAMPBELL. •
3. SUPPORT: Comnaencing the @th day of Dec~aber, 1978,
t~IILLIAM H. CAMPBELL shall pay to JEANNIE CAMPBELL, the sum of
540.00 eact~ and every week, for the support of the child named
above. ~
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by
him remitted promptly to JEANNIE CAMPBELL. In addition there is
hereby asseased the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to
each payment made to the Clerk. AZ1 payments shall be m~de in cash,
