Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, aclmowledges
that this purchase of a condominilaa unit at OCFJIN VILLAGE OF E~UI'QiINSON ISLAND
is svbject in every respect to the Declaration of Condominitm as to the condominiuon
in Mfiich his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not '
liaited to (~hether the same are attached to the Declaration of referred to
therein), the By-laws of the ~SSOCiation Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and
Regulations, copy of pmjected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor
plan of apart~ent purchased by Purchaser, and all Amendments to the aforesaid De- ~
claration and Fxhibits and the Articles of Incoiporation, By-I,aws and Declaration
of Coveaants and Restrictions of the~Property Owner's Association; and Purchaser •
further aclararledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its
Facbibits, azd budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and aclmowledges that each and
every provision of the foregoin~ is essential to the sucessful operation and manage-
ment of the Condoaini~ property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of ~
all the o~ers therein. Purchaser and all owners of~parcels in the aforedescribed
Cond~o~iniu~ cove~iant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Ileclar-
ation of Gondo~iniu~ and Fxhibits attached thereto, Purchaser hereby ratifies and ~
canfins and approves aII of the ternts and provisions of said Declaration of Condo- :
a~iniu~ and F~chibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the ~ ~
Property O~+ners' Association doctBnents referred to above and the provisions thereof
are resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclanowledges and confiYms
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association
has enc~sbered and impressed a lien upon the Condomini~.an parcel being conveyed to
Purcha.ser, as se~urity for his~obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said Purchaser asstmies the
obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condominiwn parcel. F
Purchaser canfir~s that all warranties, representations and inducements, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of CondominiuQn and Exhibits attached there- ~
to, and the co~n e~cpenses and the sums due under the Pmperty Owner's Associatiori
and other charges are estimated only. I~b~warranty or guaranty is made or intended
nor say one be relied except where the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed `
in said Declaration of Condominium and the Exhibits attached thereto. '
