The above-named defendant having been declared indigent or partially ;
indigent, and said defendant having received, at his request, the
assistance of the Public Defender's office or the services of a
private attorney appointed pursuant to the Florida Statutes or the =
Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure,~and said defendant having beem
determined to be guilty of a criminal act, it is, pursuant to.Section
~7.56, Florida Statutes; ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

5. If the defendant appeals the conviction in this case, upon
receipt of a Mandate from the appellate court affirming such conviction,
~ this court shall enter a further judgment against said defendant for
~ the costs incurred.in preparing the record on appeal herein and the
~ filing fee for filing said appeal with the appellate court.
