The Lessee hereby waives the benefit of any Constitutional provision or Statutory Laws exempting the Lessee, or~any assignee or sublessee under this Lease, and any property on . the demised premises, from execution, levee and distress or forced sale. - 13. ATTORNEYS' FEES: In the event of employment of an attorney by the Lessor due to the violation of any term or provision of this Lease by the Lessee, the Lessee .shall pay the Le3sor's F reasonable attorneys' fees. 14. NON-WAIVER: The rights of the Lessor under this-Lease shall be cumulative and the failure or waiver on the part of the Lessor to exercise promptly any rights hereunder arising by virtue of any default by the Lessee shall not operate to forfeit any of the ,said rights of the Lessor and shall not be construed as waiver or approval of any subsequent default by the Lessee. 15. INVALID CLAUSE: In the event that any term, clause or provision of this Lease shall be judged to be invalid, the validity of any other clause or provisions herein contained shall not be affected at any time.
