NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT
I HEREWITH give notice as provided in Section 713.13, Florida
Statutes, that improvements described as: Construction of one storage
building will be commenced within 30 days after the recording of this
notice upon the reel property situated at 4100 Metzqar Road, Ft.
Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, and legally described as follows:
The West 157 feet of the East-695 feet of the North 159 feet
of the South 376 feet of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast
- quarter of Section 6, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, St.
Lucie County, Florida, TOGETHER WITH a non-exclusive easement
for ingress and egress being the West 50 feet of the East
588 feet of the North 162 feet of the South. 217 feet of the
Southeast quarter of. Section 6, Township 35 South, Range
40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida. To be known as Building
No. 2. '

Owner's interest: Leasehold Estate
Fee Simple Title Holder: Gulfstream Broadcasting Co., Inc., a Florida_

of said improvements is: First National Bank of Fort Pierce, 300

Thi notice shall be effective as to any person acquiring
title or any ~nterest in the above described real property from the
owner or under him, even though more than one (1) year has elapsed
from the date of recording of this notice'.
