with a Restraining Order and Notice of Hearing was issued on October 12, 1978
and was served in St. Lucie Qownty, Florida on October 12, 1978 with some
person of the family and/or then and there residing at Wife's residence and
being avr_r the age of fifteen years and the process sexvpr therein informing
such person of the contents thereof. - -

of McDonald, Kenney and Russakis by filing a Motion to Dismiss.
