THIS CAUSE coming on before this Court this date, and
the Court~beinq advised by R. N. Koblegard, III, attorney for '
the Wife, that the Husband has paid this date directly to the
Wife the arrearage which he was ordered to pay in the Order
entered herein on December 4, 1978, and the Court being otherwise -
fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon .
ORDERED that the Order of .December 4, 1978. is hereby
modified to strike that provision directing the Sheriff to
take the Husband into custody on December 15, 1978, and the
Husband is hereby given until December 26, 1978 to comply with
that provision of the Order of December 4, 1978 requiring the
s
Husband to pay to the Wife's attorneys the sum of $150.00.
In the event the Husband fails to pay the sum of $150.00
f to the Wife's attorneys on or before December 26, 1978, he
is hereby sentenced to serve thirty (30) days in the St. Lucie
~ County Jail as punishment for said contempt, said incarceration
to commence on December ~27, 1978.
It is therefore
ORDERED that ALL ArID SINGULAR THE SHERIFFS OF THE STATE
OF-FLORIDA take into custody the said RAYMOND HOWARD FOEHR in
accordance with the provisions of this Order and deliver him to
the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of
the above-described judgment and sentence. The CLERK OF THE
CIRCUIT COURT and THIS COURT shall be promptly notified.of his ar t.
