THIS CAUSE having been stipulated to and the Stipulation ~
herein filed, it is upon CONSIDERATION, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as
follows:
1. That a Judgment is entered in favor of the Plaintiff
against the Defendants in the sum of $3,909.76 representing the
amount sued for of $3,079.55 together with interest through
November 20, 1978 in the amount of $830.21.
2. Until the Judgment is paid in full, the amount due.
shall bear interest at the rate of 109 per annum and shall be
payable in accordance with an amortization schedule to be obtained ~

by the Defendants and a copy furnished to the Plaintiff. ~

3. This Judgment shall be paid in equal monthly install-
ments beginning December 20,- 1978 and shall continue until this ~
Judgment is paid in full,-said payments to be $200.00 per month.
4. The Plaintiff will not obtain a Writ of Execution or
in any fashion attempt to levy on this Judgment as long as said

Judgment is being-paid. in accordance with the terms set forth r
t
herein. In the event the Defendants shall be in default under any
_ of the payments required hereunder for a period of fifteen (15)
days or more, the Plaintiff may upon furnishing an Affidavit of
non-payment obtain a Writ of Execution and then levy upon this
Judgment. f
