QUIT CLAIM DEED ~ / c~5

This Quit Claim Deed made this °~1f~day of December, 1978,
by RICHARD H. THOMAS, hereinafter called the Grantor to MARGARET
CLARK and DOROTHY JEAN FULLER, joint tenants with the right of
survivorship, whose post office addresses are respectively
262 Pearl Street, Burlington, Vermont, 0401 and 75 Auburn Street
Saugus, Massachusetts, 01906, hereinafter called the Grantees:
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of
Ten Dollars($10.00) and other valuable considerations, receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged , hereby has remised, reieaseu
and forever quit claimed to the said Grantee, and their heirs
and assigns, all right and title which RICHARD H. THOMAS, or his
hairs or assigns, has in and to a certain piece of land situated
in the County of St. Lucie, Florida, viz:
Lot 4, Block 1347 of PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION
11, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 12, at Page 51, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Subject to conditions, restrictions, limitations,
and easements of record; zoning and other regula-
tory ordinances and taxes for the year 1978.
Together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all my right and title in and to said
quit-claimed premises, to the-said MARGARET CLARK and DOROTHY
-JEAN FULLER and their heirs and assigns forever.
And furthermore, I, the said RICHARD H. THOMAS, do for
myself and•my heirs executors and administrators, covenant-with
the said HARGARET CLARK and DOROTHY JEALJ FULLER, that from and
after the ensealing of these presents, I, the said RICHARD H.
THOMAS, will have and claim no right in or to the said quit-claimed
remises.
