PATSY UNDERHILL MENNINGER
I, PATSY UNDERHILL MENNINGER, a resident-of Martin County,
Florida, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding
do hereby make, publish and declare this~to be my Last Will and Testa-
ment, hereby revoking all Wills, Codicils and Testamentary Documents
heretofore made by me.•
FIRST: I direct that~all of my funeral expenses and
all my just debts be paid as soon after my death as may be practicable;
and I further direct my Executors to pay out of the residue of my
estate, all inheritance and estate taxes which may be levied against
any property that may be included as taxable assets of my estate.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath my house and lot in
Stuart, Martin County, Florida, described as Lot 5, Block 21, Section
4, Sr. Lucie Estates Subdivision, together with the furniture, fur-
iii~liings and fixtures located thereon or therein, to my husband
tD~~IN 1,. MENNINGER, if he shall survive me. If my said husband shall
t:.~il to survive me, this bequest and devise shall lapse and said
f F~rc~~x~rty shall become a part of my residuary estate hereinafter
disposed of.
THIRD: I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter, JANE
ricCROCKLIN, as trustee, any and all shares of Burnup & Sims, a
t~claware Corporation, owned by me at-the time of~my d6ath,_~~ogether
with all dividends, rights and benefits thereof, to hbid,. adm}.nister

and distribute for the following uses and purposes:
A. To distribute the net income derived thereon ?::,~ri equal
