his share of net income of the trust estates and may periodically
(but not less frequently than annually) incorporate such accumulated
income share into the corpus of the trust estate as an integral part
thereof, to be held, administered and distributed in accordance with
the terms, conditions and limitations applying thereto.
C. When each of my said grandsons shall attain the age of

trustee's discretion shall be conclusive as to the advisability
