grandson, MALCOLM C. MENNINGER, shall predecease me, this devise shall
go to my grandson, CARL U. MENNINGER, to be his absolutely, and

SIXTH: I give, devise and bequeath all of my interest
in any real estate in Jackson County, North Carolina, together
. with any improvements thereon, to my daughter, JANE McCROCKLIN,

SEVENTH: I give, devise and bequeath all of my interest
in any real estate owned by me and located in Lincoln County,
Colorado, to my daughter, JANE McCROCKLIN, and to my son, JOIiN U.
