That the Grantors, JOHN U . MENNINGER and JANE E . WII.LIAMS, by
virtue of the power and authority vested in them under the laws of the State of Florida,
as Personal Representatives of the Estate of PATSY UNDERHILL MENNINGER, deceased,
Probate Case No. 78-157-CP, and in consideration of the sum of ;10:00 and other good
and valuable consideration, have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, remised, conveyed
and confirmed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release,
convey and confirm unto the Grantee, his heirs, or assigns forever, the following
described land, situate, lying and being in the County of Martin and State of Florida,
to-wit:
The South 1/2 of the North 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 lying West
of the right of way of the Florida East Coast Railway, and East
of the right of way of U . S . Aighway #1, Less the North 85 feet
of the East 115.40 feet thereof, and less Old Dixie highway,
all in Section 21, Township 34 South, Range 40 East.
TOGEThER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, and
appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining; and the reversion
and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits, thereof; and
also all the estate, right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand
whatsoever, both in law and equity, which the decedent had in her lifetime, and at the
• time of her decease, and which the Grantors have, by virtue of the Last Will and
Testament of the decedent, or otherwise, in and to the above granted premises, and
every part and parcel thereof, with the appurtenances .
TO NAVE AND TO hOLD all and singular the above granted premises,
together with the appurtenances and every part thereof, unto the Grantee, hI: heirs
