OF
AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM •
THE UNDERSIGNED, being the hereinafter designated
officers of GULF OIL REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT CO., the General
Partner of HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a Florida
limited partnership and the Developer of BEACHTREE I CLUSTER,
A CONDOMINIUM, do hereby certify that the following was duly
enacted as an amendment to the Declaration of Condominium of
BEACHTREE I CLUSTER, A CONDOMINIUM, pursuant to §718.403, Florida
Statutes, relating to the addition of phases to a phase condominium.
The original Declaration of Condominium of said Condominium was
recorded in Official Record Book 296, page 1438 et seq., Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Developer hereby submits to the condominium form of
ownership pursuant to the Condominium Act those certain lands
described in this Certificate as Phase 2 to BEACHTREE I CLUSTER,
A CONDOMINIUM. Attached hereto as Exhibit No. "1" hereto is a
Survey Exhibit containing the information required by §718.104(4)(e),
Florida Statutes, relating to said Phase 2 as well as the legal

description of said Phase 2 lands hereby submitted to condominium
ownership. -
The shares of Common Elements and Common Surplus shall be
adjusted in accordance with Article IV of said Declaration of
Condominium.
