JOINDER OF MORTGAGEE i
FIRST FEDERAL SAYINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE,
a corporation organised and existing under the laws of the United
States of America, and having its principal place of business
in the City of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, the owner
and holder of a mortgage upon all of the lands more fully
described in the Declaration of Condominium for Beachtree I
Cluster, a condominium, which mortgage is dated February 22, 1978,
recorded in 0. R: Book 282, page 1023, of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, 3oins in the making of the foregoing
Declaration of Condominium for Beachtree T Cluster, and the
mortgagee agrees that the lien of its mortgage shall be upon the
following described property in St. Lucie County, Florida:.
All of the Units of BEACHTREE I CLUSTER, according
to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, _
TOGETHER WITH all of the appurtenances to the units
including but not limited to all of the undivided
shares in the common elements.
