And said Mortgagor, for himself, and his heirs, legal ~.:prcsentatives, successors and assigns. hereby rnnvenants that said Mortgagee, its Iega1 representatives, wccessors and assigns may at all times peaceably and quietly enter upon, hold, occupy and enjoy said land atd every put thereof; that said land is free from all incumbrances; that said Mortgagor, his heirs, legal repre- sentatives, wccessors and assigns, will make wch further aswrances to perfect the fee simple title to said land in said Mortgagee, its legal representatives, successors and assigns, as may reasonably be required; and that said Mortgagor does hereby fully wanant - the title to said land and every part thereof and will dekrd the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
