CITIZENS FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, whose address is 1600 South Fed-
eral Highway, City of Fort Pierce, County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, (herein "Lender").
WHEREAS, Borrower is indebtef to Lender in the principal sum of SIXTY THREE THOUSAND
AND NO/100 Dollars, which indebtedness is evidenced
by Borrower's note dated December 15, 197 (herein "Note"), providing for monthly
installments of principal and interest, with the balance of the indebtedness, if not sooner paid, due and pay-
able on ~Y 1. 2009
TO SECURE to Lender (a) the ~apayment of the indebtedness evidenced by the Note with interest
thereon; (b) the payment of all other sums, with interest thereon, advanced in accordance- herewith to
protect the security of this Mortgage; (c) the performance of the covenants and agreements of Borrower -
herein contained; (d) the performance of the covenants and agreements incorporated by reference hereinto;
and (e) the repayment of any future advances, with interest thereon, made to Borrower by Lender pur-
suant to paragraph 21 hereof or incorporated by reference hereinto (herein "Future Advances"), Borrower
does hereby mortgage, grant and convey to Lender the following described property located in the County
of St. Lucie State of Florida:
Being that parcel of land lying in Lot 93, WHITE CITY, according
to the piat.thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 23 of the
Public Records of St. -Lucie County, Florida, the boundary of-
said parcel being more particularly described and bounded as
follows: From the Northeast corner of said Lot 93, run West
241.68 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue West
along the same line, 210 feet; thence run South and parallel
- with the West line of Lot 92, a dis-tar~c~ of 627.66 feet more
or less, to a point on the North right-of-way line of Midway
Road, thence East along said right-of-way line 210 feet; thence
R run North on a line parallel with the West line of said Lot 92,
~ a distance of 628.98 feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning;

which has the address of Midway Road, Fort Pierce, Florida

TOGETHER with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and aU ease-
menu, rights, appurtenances, rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water, water rights, and
water stock, and all fixtures now or hereafter attached to the property, all of which, including replacements
and additions thereto, shall be deemed to be and remain a part of the property covered by this Mortgage;
and all the foregoing, together with said property (or the leasehold estate if this Mortgage is on a lease•
hold) are herein referred to as the "Property".
Borrower covenants that Borrower is lawfully seised of the estate hereby conveyed and has the right
to mortgage, grant and convey the Property, that the Property is unencumbered, and that Borrower will
warrant and defend generally the title to the Property against all claims and demands, subject to any declaz-
ationa, easements or restrictions listed in a schedule of exceptions to coverage in any title insurance policy
insuring Lender's interest in the Property.
