by Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 20th day of March , A.D. 19 7 4,
and reoordedat the office of the Berk of the Gra;i1 Court in and for the County of S t . Lucie ,
Stale of Fbrida, in OFficial Records book 22 5 ,Page 580 , nwrtgaged unto
BANKERS TRUST COMPANY, 'a New York banking corporation and assigns, .
mortgagee ,the premises therein particktlarly described, to secure the payment of the sum of '
FOUR MILLION SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND AND NO/100---($4,600,000.00}Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned:

present owner of the property encumbered by the aforementioned i

AND WHEREAS, the said PROTEAN INVESTORS , INC . ~
requested the said BANKERS TRUST COMPANY fo release the, premises
hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage:
NOW THEREFORE; KNOW YE, That the said BANKERS TRUST COMPANY
as well in consideration of the premises as of the sum of
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration dollars, to it
paid by the said PROTEAN INVESTORS, INC.
at the time of the exeo~ion hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit-
claim, exonerate and disd~arge from the lien and operatan of said mortgage unto the said PROTEAN
INVESTORS, INC . , it successors hero-arid assigns,
aA that piece, parcel or trod of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by said mortgage, to-wit:
Condominium. Unit No. 1109 of SEA PINES TOWER
CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of
Condominium thereof dated the 20th day of December,
1977, recorded in Official Records Book 280, at
Page 2622 et. seq., of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida;_ together with all the
appurtenances thereto, all according to the said
Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached
thereto.
This Partial Release shall also release the above Condominium Unit
from the Financing Statement recorded in ORB 225, Page 590, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and Modification of
Mortgage recorded in Official Records Book 237, Page 1136, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the said PROTEAN
heirs and assi ns forever freed
INVESTORS INC. its successors 9
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage, and every part thereof; Provided always,
nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or finish the eFfed, lien or incum-
brance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged premises not hereby .released
therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said BANKERS TRUST COMPANY
has caused these presents to be executed in its name, and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed, by its
proper officers thereunto duly authorized, this 29th day of September A.D. 19 7 8.
