CLAIM OF LIEN

COUNTY OF MARTIN
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared

VIRGINIA GEORGEFF, who, being duly sworn, says that she is
the Agent and Secretary of the Lienor herein, VIKING'S
LANDING PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., whose address is
2602 S.E. Erickson Drive, Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452, and
that in pursuance with the terms and conditions of the
Declaration and By-Laws of the VIKING'S LANDING PROPERTY
OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., JOHN~BARKLEYS and VERA BARKLEY;
his wife, have failed to pay the monthly assessments amounting
to $1,530.00 to date, assessed against the following described
real property situated in~St. Lucie, County, Florida:
Lots 3, 4 and 13, VIKING'S LANDING SUBDIVISION, PHASE
ONE, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 18, Page 7, Public Records of St. Lucie, County,
Florida.
Said property owned by JOHN BARKLEY~and VERA BARKLEY,
his wife, whose interest in such property is Fee Simple
Ownership.

Lienor further states that she served notice to owner
on December /9 , 1978 by Certified Mail.
