WARRANTY DEED
JAMES E. TUTHILL and AUDREY S. TUTHILL, his wife, the Grantors, in
consideration of the sum of :10.00 and other good and valuable considerations

received from JAMES E. TUTHILL and AUDRE S ,
of 530 S.W. Prima Vista Boulevard, Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452, hereby on
this day of December, 1978 convey to the Grantees, the real property
in St: Lucie County, Florida, described as:
Lots 16, 17 and 18, Biock 2108 of PORT ST. LUCIE
SECTION 21, a Subdivision according to the Plat
thereof, recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 27, of
the public records of St. Lucre County, Florida
Subject to conditions, restrictions, reservations,
limitations and easements of record: zoning and
other regulatory ordinances and taxes for the year 1978.
and covenant that the property is free of all encumbrances, that
lawful seisin of and good right to convey the property are vested
in the Grantors, and that the Grantors hereby fully warrant the title
to said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever.
The purpose of this deed is to create a tenancy by the entirety.
