17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT' This Lease embodies the entire agree- i
ment of the parties hereto and shall not be altered, changed, amended
or modified in any respect unless in writing and executed by all
parties. Any such amendment shall take precedence over the Lease
itself and shall be attached hereto and construed and considered a ~
part hereof. All terms and conditions of this Lease shall be binding
upon the heirs, administrators, successors and assigns of the parties
hereto.
