Petition for Order approving settlement it appears that the amount
of the net settlement to the minor Plaintiff is approximately
$3,843.Ofl, significantly less than $5,0OO.Ot3. There€c~re, the
natural guardians and parents of the minor Plaintiff may settle
said claim in the amounts outlined above and in the Plaintiffs'
Petition for Order approving settlement without bond and without the
requirement of being legally appointed guardians of the property - _
of the minor Plaintiff. Further, said natural guardians and parents
of the minor Plaintiff are authorized to execute any instrument or
_ instruments that may be necessary to effect the settlement and when
said instrument or instruments are so executed it or they shall be
complete releases of the Defendants in this cause making the settlement,
to-wit; WATKINS FORD and GULF INSURANCE GROUP INSURANCE COMPANY,
a/k/a GULF INSURANCE COMPANY.
(4) This Court is satisfied that this settlement will be
for the best interest of the minor and the parents and natural
guardians of said minor are relieved from any further responsibility
in connection with the cl aim or dispute as of the time that said
funds are received in accordance with this Order. And this Court
further finds that no bond shall be required of said parents or
natural guardians of said minor. The natural parents of said
minor are specifically authorized to receive the funds in settlement
of this claim and to execute a release or satisfaction. When the
natural guardian and parents execute the instrument it shall be a
complete .release of the persons making the settlement and a complete
release of the Defendants in this cause.
